I won! I won!

I can't believe it but I won a contest! Hooray! I have started entering some of the contests that many blogs have and I won a UV Skinz shirt from Peanut Butter and Pickle Reviews! I chose to pick out a shirt for Simon and we recieved it in the mail today! He looks pretty cute in it I must say!

Froggie Cake

This a frog cake I made for an occasion at work. I want to practice cake decorating and maybe start making cakes for people. I think the frog turned out pretty good. It was my first time to make it and since I didn't have a model to follow I learned a lot in the process. There are several do's and don'ts that I learned for the next time I make this frog. It was fun and I did sing, "It's Not Easy Being Green"!

Swimming Lessons

Joshua and Caleb are taking swimming lessons at our gym for the next two weeks. They are having so much fun and after only 2 days of lessons I can tell a difference in their approach to the water. They don't seem to be scared at all anymore. Hopefully if nothing else, they will learn how to float. They are in a class with 2 other little boys. All four are very loud and active. It is hilarious to watch!
